Who is eligible? Any company or team shipping a real product built on the Carina platform or powered by Aiva. Side projects welcome at Registered tier if publicly verifiable.

What does partnership involve? Co-marketing, official badge use, and featured placement. It is a marketing and listing agreement, not a licence grant.

Powered by vs Built on? Powered by: Carina runs your agent core in production. Built on: you added a substantial custom layer (distro) on top of the kernel. See brand rules.

Can we use the Carina logo alone? No standalone Carina wordmark as your product logo. Use the approved partner badge only. Do not imply VERLOX acquired your company.

Scout badge? "Secured by Scout" is separate. Request from labyrinthscout.com if Scout is integrated.

Carina Aiva vs partner? Partner program is free to apply. Carina Aiva is the managed, commercial platform; Strategic partners often build on or resell it.
