Flitz

Flitz, built on Carina, targets fleet operators in African markets who need agent-driven dispatch, route updates, and driver communication. Status: active development (pilot stage, not general availability).

The problem

Regional logistics teams coordinate drivers over WhatsApp and SMS with fragmented tools. Western SaaS stacks often assume UK/US channels and compliance defaults.

Flitz needed a kernel that ships only the adapters and packs required for Africa-first workflows, without maintaining a custom agent runtime from scratch.

Solution with Carina

ChannelsWhatsApp (Baileys), SMS/Twilio adapters; CLI for ops debugging
Toolshttp-request, shell-exec (scoped), geolocation-friendly workflows
PacksCustom logistics pack in development (dispatch, route status skills)
Kernel modelSlim install: channels + tools only, no full 16-pack surface

Carina is geography-agnostic. Flitz adds regional pricing, fleet entities, and mobile-first UX on top of the same MIT kernel used in the UK.

Scout

Scout integration is planned for production fleet deployments. Scout is a commercial security layer, not included with the free kernel.

Results

Public production metrics: not available. Flitz is in pilot development. This page will be updated when verified customer outcomes exist.
