Propreneur, powered by Carina, is a UK property investment platform. The product layer handles tenants, billing, and UX; Carina provides agent tools, memory, and the property-uk domain pack.

The problem

Property investors repeat the same research loops: comparables, HMO rules, yield checks, and document prep. Generic chatbots lack durable memory, governed tool access, and UK-specific skill packs.

Propreneur needed an agent kernel that could run multi-step workflows on the operator's infrastructure while keeping vertical logic in a domain pack, not a fork of the engine.

Secured by Scout

Production deployments can pair Carina with Labyrinth Scout (commercial) for injection shielding, tool-call audit, and operator kill switch. Scout is optional; the MIT kernel runs without it.
