Terms of Service
Service description
Aiva is an AI assistant service for business communications. It is not a regulated financial, legal, or medical service. Outputs are generated automatically and must be reviewed where accuracy matters.
Trial
New accounts receive a short managed trial (about £1 of managed usage, hard-capped around 20 messages) without a payment card. When the trial ends, continue with your own API key (BYOK) or upgrade to a paid plan. A card is required for paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content or activity.
- No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- No impersonation of people or organisations you do not represent.
- No use for regulated financial advice without appropriate human oversight.
Limitation of liability
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. VERLOX is not responsible for decisions made based on Aiva responses. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. We do not impose additional restrictions or qualifiers on refunds beyond what is outlined in Paddle's terms.
Termination
VERLOX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from Privacy settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
