What data we collect
- Account details: name, email address, business name, and workspace settings.
- Conversation content: messages sent to and from your Aivas across connected channels.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store billing identifiers, not full card numbers.
- Technical data: session cookies, device information, and security logs.
Why we use your data
We process personal data to provide the Aiva service, process payments, send transactional emails, monitor agent safety through Scout, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share data with
- Anthropic and other model providers for AI processing under contract.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Resend for transactional email delivery.
- Scout (Labyrinth) for agent monitoring and governance.
- Backblaze for encrypted backups of operational data.
Retention
Account data is kept for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted unless law requires longer retention. Conversation content is deleted with the account. Invoices are retained for 7 years as required by UK law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing. Email [email protected]. You can export or delete account data from Privacy settings in the app.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sessions and optional analytics when you consent. See the cookie banner on our sites. Marketing emails require opt-in; unsubscribe links are included on non-essential emails.
Blockchain attestation
Some Aiva actions generate SHA-256 hashes attested on a public ledger. These hashes do not contain conversation content or personal data. They are permanent and cannot be deleted once published.
